Good Day, Alpha Academy parents, students, and staff,
Happy New Year! We hope everyone had a restful winter break and that all had the opportunity to spend this holiday season with family and friends. Please note: the information you are about to hear is also located on the school’s website and Facebook page.
Due to a rise in COVID-19 cases and after careful consideration, it has been determined Tuesday, January 4th and Wednesday, January 5th will be virtual days for students. Teachers will communicate with parents by email, Dojo, and/or Google Classroom. An all-call message will go out on Wednesday, January 5th with updated information. This will give us the opportunity to assess the impact of the rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Once students return, we will continue to follow COVID-19 protocols that have been put in place: face coverings, handwashing, and appropriate social distancing in order to continue to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
