Remote IT Support

Beginning the 2024-2025 School Year, the Alpha Academy IT Department will offer remote IT support to parents and students experiencing Chromebook login and Google Classroom access issues. To enhance our support capabilities, we will be utilizing the Google Chrome Remote Support extension in certain cases. This tool allows our IT team to remotely access and troubleshoot devices, providing quicker and more efficient solutions.

Parents and students can now easily access our IT Ticket System by following the directions below:

Creating A Ticket

To create a ticket, simply send an email to: techsupport@alphaacademy.net. Please include your problem with as much detail as possible.

What to Include in Your Email

In your email, briefly describe the issue and the subject of the problem. The more detailed you are, the faster we can help resolve your issue. For example, mention if you’re having trouble logging into your Chromebook, accessing Google Classroom, or if you’re encountering specific error messages.

Automated Response

Once your email is sent, our system will automatically generate a ticket number. This number helps us keep track of your issue and ensures that it is addressed promptly.

While we appreciate passing conversations with IT members, it’s important to remember that verbal requests may not always be documented accurately. By using our email ticketing system, you ensure that your issue is recorded and tracked efficiently, allowing us to provide the best possible support.
