Students will be dismissed at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, November 24th. There is no after-school tutoring or any other after-school activities on Wednesday, November 24th.
No School
No school on Thursday and Friday, November 25th and 26th. Classes will resume on Monday, November 29th.
After School Tutors Needed
Alpha Academy is asking for volunteers to help with our after-school tutoring program. If you are interested in volunteering, please visit the school website and complete a volunteer application, and send an email to cjones@alphaacademy.net. Once you complete your volunteer application, you will be contacted concerning the next steps.
Holiday Shoppe, November 29th – December 3rd, 2021
Students will have the opportunity to preview the Holiday Shoppe Monday and Tuesday, November 29th – 30th. Wednesday, December 1st – Friday, December 3rd, students will have the chance to fulfill their “wishlist” previously sent home. If you do not want to send money with your child, you can visit https://gift-certificates.
Fall Makeup Picture Day
Fall makeup pictures will be Friday, December 10th. Makeup pictures are only for students who were absent on the original picture day and have not taken a picture for the school yearbook. Students are to wear their navy Alpha Academy polo shirts.
Mandate on students wearing their masks
All students and staff are required to wear their masks to protect themselves and others. Please be sure your child is wearing a mask every day to school. If they are wearing a mask when entering the building, the student will be given one by the school.
