NOTICE TO BIDDER
Alpha Academy Charter School is accepting competitive proposals for a Food Service Management Company to operate Alpha Academy’s nonprofit school nutrition program for a twelve-month period beginning July 1, 2026 (subject to change for first year), and ending June 30, 2027, with options to renew the Contract for four (4) additional terms of one year each. A mandatory pre bid meeting will be held, via Zoom June 11, 2026, at 2pm with questions due by June 24, 2026, by 12pm. Proposals are to be submitted in sealed envelopes marked “Food Service Management Company Proposal, Alpha Academy Charter School” to Mr. Sean McRae, 8030 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304. Proposal must be received by July 16, 2026, at 8am at which time will be publicly opened. Alpha Academy reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids. Alpha Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
