The Counseling Center at Alpha Academy

At Alpha Academy, we are committed to nurturing the social, emotional, and mental well-being of every student. Through our partnership with Becoming Counseling Services, PLLC, we proudly offer an on-site Counseling Center dedicated to supporting students across all grade levels.

Comprehensive Support for K–12 Students

A licensed therapist is available on campus to work with elementary, middle, and high school students. Our counseling services are designed to help students:

  • Build healthy coping skills

  • Strengthen emotional resilience

  • Develop confidence and self-awareness

  • Thrive academically and personally

Students are provided with a safe, confidential environment where they can process emotions and learn strategies for lifelong well-being.


Services We Provide

  • Individual Counseling for students in grades K–12

  • Support for concerns including:

    • Stress & anxiety

    • Depression

    • Grief & loss

    • Relationship or peer issues

    • Life transitions and adjustment

  • Psychoeducational Groups

  • Collaboration with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

  • Referrals for psychological and cognitive testing, along with medication management

  • Family and Summer Sessions for continued support beyond the school day


How to Access Services

  • Students may receive counseling with parent/guardian consent.

  • Services are provided through insurance coverage.

  • Parents and guardians may contact the Counseling Center directly for guidance or to begin services.

  • Families without insurance may qualify for assistance through school-supported grant funding.

Get Started

Parents and caregivers can begin the process by completing the contact form on the Becoming Counseling Services website or by reaching out to the office. Prior to starting services, the following must be submitted:

  • Completed consent forms

  • Parent/caregiver photo ID

  • Insurance card
