Morning & Afternoon Procedures
The entrance beside Tractor Supply will serve as a one-way entrance into Alpha Academy.
First Entrance (PreK – 3rd Grade):
A sign will direct vehicles with PreK–3rd grade students to the rear of the building, between the Gym and the PreK–1 Modules. If these students have siblings in Middle or High School, they will also be dropped off and picked up in this same location.

Second Entrance (Grades 4 – 12):
A sign will direct vehicles with 4th–12th grade students to the front circle, located between the High School building and the Main Office. If these students have siblings in PreK–3rd grade, all students in the car will be dropped off at the rear Gym location.

Staff and traffic personnel will be present to direct vehicles. Please follow their instructions at all times.
Morning Drop-Off
PreK – 3rd Grade:
Drop-off is on the Gym side of the campus, between the PreK–1 Modules and the main building. Staff will be stationed to assist with unloading and traffic flow.

Grades 4 – 12:
Drop-off is in the front circle between the High School and Main Office. Vehicles will proceed into the circle, unload students, and complete the U-turn before exiting campus.

Afternoon Pick-Up
The same traffic pattern applies for dismissal. Vehicles will not be allowed on campus until after buses have been positioned for departure, and entry will not be permitted before 3:15 p.m. For grades 4–12 car riders, the red semi-circle in the field is designated as a staging area for afternoon pick-up. This staging zone helps organize traffic flow, reduce congestion, and ensure a safe, efficient dismissal process for all vehicles waiting to collect students.
Reminders
Please use only designated crosswalks for student safety. All vehicles must exit to the right during dismissal (7:30–8:00 a.m. and 3:00–4:00 p.m.). Drive cautiously, follow staff directions, and remain patient.
