Good evening, Alpha Academy parents, students, and staff,

Please pardon the interruption on this beautiful Sunday. This is a reminder beginning tomorrow, Monday, August 30th, students will be allowed to enter the building at 7:45 am. Staff will be on hand to receive students at 7:30 am. Please do not drop your students off before 7:30 am; there will be no staff member available to receive them until 7:30 am. If your student arrives after 8:00 am, he/she is considered late and must enter the building at the main office, accompanied by an adult or guardian over the age of 18, to sign the student in. 

Also, due to the rise of COVID-19 cases, it is imperative that we clarify some information concerning COVID-19. Based on the guidelines given to us by the Health Department: if your child tests positive for COVID-19 or is directly exposed to someone who has been infected with COVID-19, especially to someone in the immediate family or household, students are required to quarantine for fourteen (14) days. The student will be allowed to return to school on the 15th day. For any student that is absent for COVID-19, parents must provide documentation of the positive result. If no documentation is provided, the student’s absence will be counted as unexcused. If your child displays any symptoms of COVID-19, please keep your student home. You may visit the website of your local health department or contact your child’s physician to find out the symptoms of COVID-19. Any further questions concerning the COVID-19 information, please contact the main office. 

Also, as a reminder, Alpha Academy is a uniform school. All students are expected and required to dress daily in school uniform unless otherwise instructed by School Administration. Please visit the school’s website at www.alphaacademy.education, to view the student dress code. In addition to the school uniform, students are required to wear masks at all times. If you have any questions, please contact the main office for guidance.
