Good evening Alpha Academy parents, students, and staff,
Welcome to the 22-23 school year! We hope you had an enjoyable summer with your family and friends, and we are looking forward to the next few months of getting to know and educating your child.
We would like to share a few reminders concerning this upcoming year:
Please note, that school hours for students have changed. New student hours are now 7:45 am – 3:15 pm. For the first couple of days, we will allow students to enter the building at 7:35 am. For security reasons, parents will not be allowed to visit the classes, with the exception of PreK and Kindergarten. If you did not attend any of the orientation sessions and you have not spoken with your child’s teacher, please contact the office, and the office will message the teacher to contact you.
Also, students must bring their lunch daily. We have been approved for the school lunch program; however, we are in the process of putting things in place. Please allow us at least 60 days to have this process completed, and the program implemented so that your child may enjoy a healthy lunch here at school. If you have lunch delivered, please be sure to include your child’s name and the teacher.
Dress code will be enforced. We do understand for the first couple of days, shirts are on backorder, and purchases need to be made. You will be notified once the orders have been received, and every student will be required to be in uniform.
In the first few days, you may receive some school information you will need to complete and return to the school. Please review this information, sign it, and return it to school on the dates requested.
