Alpha Academy Angel Tree
We still have some “Angels” available that need sponsors for this holiday season. If you are interested in sponsoring one of our students for the Alpha Academy Angel Tree, don’t hesitate to contact the office or stop by and pick up an “Angel” by Friday, December 10. Gifts are due to the office by Monday, December 13. Thank you in advance for your donation and your support.
Picture Makeup Day, Monday, December 13
Makeup pictures are for absent students who could not take photographs on Picture Day. Students are asked to wear their Navy Alpha Academy polo.
Holiday Shoppe Extension
The Holiday Shoppe has been extended to Monday, December 13 – to Thursday, December 16, for students who did not have the opportunity to shop. In addition, students will be allowed to use their gift certificates during this time.
Winter Program
Winter Program, Wednesday, December 15. The time for the Winter Program has not been determined. Your child’s teacher will inform you of the scheduled time.
School Lunch Program
Our application for the National School Lunch is almost complete. If there are no more delays, the program will begin in January. Please visit the school website to complete the required Free and Reduced lunch form and sign up for the My School Bucks account. This information must be completed by Friday, December 10.
Student Early Dismissal
Friday, December 10 (Teacher Workday) and Friday, December 17 are early releases for students. Students will be released at 11:45 am on December 10 and December 17. There will be no after-school activities for December 10 and December 17.
Winter Break
The school will be closed Monday, December 20 – Monday, January 3. Students will return to class Tuesday, December 4, 7:45 am.
