Progress Reports/Access Letter
Students have received progress reports for the 1st nine weeks. If your child did not receive their progress report by Friday, September 24th, please contact their teacher for more information. They should have also received their PowerSchool access letter. Due to technical issues, Grades K – 1, will receive their access letters at a later date.
Scholastic Book Fair
Monday, October 4th will begin the student preview for the Scholastic Book Fair and for students to create their own wish list. Students will have the opportunity to purchase books beginning Tuesday, October 5th. Each class will have a scheduled time to visit the book fair and to make purchases. Your child’s teacher will notify you of that time. You may visit the Scholastic Book Fair online at https://www.scholastic.com/bf/alphaacademy for more information and to set up your e-wallet. Book Fair flyers have been sent home for you and your child to view. If your child did receive a flyer, you may visit the scholastic website to view the flyer.
Give us your spare change! Book Fair donation boxes will be set up at the front office to assist in helping those students who are not able to purchase books. All monetary donations are welcomed and greatly appreciated!
Student Picture Day
Lifetouch will be on campus next Tuesday, October 5th to take pictures for the school’s yearbook. We are requesting that all students be present, on time, and dressed in full uniform, in their Navy blue uniform shirt, to take the yearbook pictures. If your child does not have the school uniform shirt, a Navy blue polo shirt will suffice. If your child is not in uniform, he/she will not be photographed.
Picture Day information. All picture orders are submitted online at mylifetouch.com, picture day ID: EVTXDWGHJ. No need to send confirmation to the school.

Free/Reduced Lunch
