Submitting this form does NOT guarantee a seat. All completed applications will be entered into a random lottery to be conducted on March 25, 2026.
Application Deadline: March 22, 2026
After the lottery is conducted, families will be notified regarding whether their student has been randomly selected.
If selected, you will be invited to complete the Enrollment Application, which is required to secure your seat.
The Enrollment Application must be completed within 10 days of notification. If it is not completed within that timeframe, the seat may be offered to a student on the waitlist or to a new applicant. Please complete all required steps promptly to ensure your seat is secured.

Student information — demographic details and grade level for enrollment
